Plaspertex manufacture a wide range of quality roof coatings, paints and coatings, suitable for both flat and pitched roofs, including roof tile paints for the renovation of concrete roof tiles.
Plaspertex’s roof coating range are designed to offer long-lasting protection against weathering, giving it the colour and appearance of a new roof. Our products are highly durable, weatherproof and breathable.
Our roof repair roof paints and coatings are long-lasting and easy to apply, restoring roofing performance and reversing the effects of sun, wind, rain and frost damage.
Products include water and solvent based solutions, formulated for application to a wide range of roofing surfaces including bitumen, asphalt, tile, slate and asbestos cement sheeting.

Highly flexible water-borne roof coating based on a modified VA polymer, providing a waterproof seamless membrane onto a wide range of roofing surfaces. Plaspertex Plasroof should not be used on roofs liable to ponding.

Roof Tile Coating

- Water Borne
Flexible water borne acrylic coating for application to concrete and cement composite roof tiles. Plaspertex Plashield provides a durable decorative and protective finish which is resistant to weathering and remains highly flexible even at very low temperatures. Dries to a mid sheen finish.

A durable water borne, elastomeric pure acrylic coating designed for application onto most sound dry roofing surfaces. Plaspertex Rooflex provides excellent adhesion, weather and water resistance, in addition to crack bridging properties over a wide temperature range.

Reflective Coating

Fast drying durable reflective coating for application to roofing surfaces. Based on modified vinyl resins in ethanol, Plaspertex Solar-plas exhibits excellent adhesion and no bleed through when applied to bitumen based surfaces.

Tile Paint S/B

- Solvent Borne
Solvent borne acrylic coating for application to concrete and cement composite roof tiles. Roof tile paint provides and durable decorative finish which is resistant to weathering. Dries to a low sheen finish. Being solvent borne, Plaspertex Roof Tile Paint S/B may be applied in conditions unsuitable for water borne systems.
